The Hosts

A hospitality tradition passed down through generations.
This is our story.
What once began as a simple railway inn has grown into a place where tradition and warmth live on.
Helge and Gabi Pachner, together with their daughter Eva, carry on the legacy of the first König family generation with dedication — making it their daily mission to ensure every guest feels like a part of this story.

The König

Now run by the fourth generation, the business has grown through dedication and passion into an inn with the character of a restaurant. Over the years, hotel rooms were added one by one, gradually evolving into a small and charming business hotel with 26 rooms today.

In our house, family values are at the heart of everything we do. With trust and respect, we share our responsibilities and place them in the best hands. Warmth is our highest value – this is how we lead our team: sincerely, honestly, and appreciatively. A true family-run establishment since 1928.

The Beginnings

Between 1898 and 1928, the property changed owners no fewer than eleven times. This turbulent period finally found stability and a lasting home when the König family acquired it.
